How do I return an item?


Because we want you to be happy, happy, happy, we will do our very best!

But please note that all of our items are handmade - everything we offer is made with vintage material… previously loved items that were destined for the city dump. We carefully examine every piece of material and product for major flaws, poor workmanship and excessive wear and tear.

We want to provide top quality as it relates to the recycled milieu! However, should you discover a small blemish, mark or scratch… please understand that this is part of the charm of the product you are purchasing. These inconsistencies are beloved signs of their previous life and are to be coveted and appreciated!

Brand spanking new… off the factory machine floor is not who we are…

Just thought we should mention it!

That said… here’s the scoop: We trust you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, however if you need to return an item, you may return it for refund or replacement within 21 days of the purchase date. Please request an authorization number by emailing our customer service crew at: info@refashioned.com and mark this number on the outside of your return package.

Ship it back by your preferred method. You may want to insure it as we are not responsible for lost packages. The item you are returning or exchanging must be in its original condition – unused, unwashed and unworn!

If you need to return an item because it is defective we will gladly exchange the item for another. If you are returning an item because it does not suit you or you changed your mind, we will be happy to refund the purchase price once we receive the returned product.

Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please allow up to two weeks for processing.

Please note that all credit card order returns will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase. Sorry… no COD’s and we can’t ship to a P.O. address.
